About the location

Living in a mews is like a community in and of itself. But although it`s very quiet and peaceful, the bustle of London is just steps away.

This is a ridiculously convenient place to live. It`s hard to believe that Heathrow Airport is only 20 minutes by train and yet you`re only a 10 minute cab ride to the heart of London`s West End.

If you want to catch a tube, there are three underground (tube) stops within 5-10 minutes walk (Paddington, Bayswater and Lancaster Gate). Between them, these provide direct access to the Central, Circle, Metropolitan, District and Hammersmith and city tube lines. From December the new Elizabeth line will provide extremely fast cross-city access. This has been a decade in development so we`re getting excited about this lol.

For peace and serenity in the heart of the city, you`re less then 10 minutes to Hyde Park. From there you can walk to Westminster without ever leaving parkland or take a boat ride on the Serpentine.

If you want to cycle, the new London Cycle-Super Highway runs less than a minute from the house. This is a protected route all the way across London. Whilst we don`t provide bikes but there are bikes available very close by.

And if you want to get out of town to Oxford, Stratford and the west country, then hop on a train from Paddington. Or you can pick up a rental / Zipcar and the main westbound freeway out of London is just a minute`s drive too

There is no parking available but you don`t need a car in central London. You can hire one close by if you want to make a day trip
